Booster Club Meeting Wednesday August 9th

The Booster Club meeting will follow the school's Fall Sports Informational Meeting.
When: Wednesday, August 9, 2017, 7pm-9pm
Location: High School Cafeteria, Auditorium, then Classroom C-245
Following the general Fall Sports Informational Meeting, we will move to a classroom C-245 (Coach Moorhead's old classroom).
Booster Club Meeting Tentative Agenda:
Approve 11/28/2016 meeting minutes
Discuss what the Booster Club does
Treasurer's report and financial statement presentation
Discuss and approve 2017 financial budget
Discuss volunteer opportunities
Pick date for banquet
Pick date for next Booster Club meeting
Adjourn

There are no dues required of any member.
